**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Team Lead with hands-on technical expertise and a strong background in Firewall (FW) technologies to join our team at J-K Network Services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise 24x7 site operations and staff to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
  • Manage shift workload and escalate resource needs to management to optimize team performance.
  • Oversee IT operations, handle escalations, and manage ticketing to minimize downtime.
  • Be available on-call 24x7 to address critical IT issues.
  • Lead Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes with a focus on performance and service improvement.
  • Support infrastructure activities and problem resolution to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with departments to align with business processes and ensure IT service alignment.
  • Monitor IT systems to support project growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct gap analysis of existing and required infrastructure to ensure IT service readiness.
  • Manage and coordinate the Site/NOC team to ensure effective IT service delivery.
  • Communicate networking issues effectively with clients and employees to ensure transparency and trust.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 8-12 years of experience in managing BPO/IT/ITES environments.
  • Certifications: CCNA, ITIL, MCSE preferred.
  • Knowledge of Data Centers, Active Directory, Windows Server, IIS, SQL, and web services.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN networking protocols, MPLS, SIP Trunks, and telephony systems.
  • Strong IP troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS).
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and manage a team effectively.
