About the Role:

Zemsania is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a Scrum Master and Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your scrum team to achieve their best performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and moderate scrum events to ensure the team's success.
  • Challenge and develop your team to achieve their best performance.
  • Ensure the team applies agile principles and practices.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 8-10 members, including software developers and agile testers.
  • Coordinate team activities with other team leaders located in different regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or a technical area.
  • Several years of experience in developing sophisticated software products.
  • Leadership experience as Scrum Master or in a similar function.
  • Passion for leading and motivating teams with a servant leadership style.
  • Experience in agile software development, ideally in an international scaled environment.
  • High English language level required, Spanish medium level.
