Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial and Sales Analytics Specialist to become part of our team.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver sophisticated commercial sales assistance to Group Account Managers and Sales Operational Leaders, facilitating a more efficient sales process throughout the organization and ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring an 80/20 split between remote and office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain comprehensive knowledge of assigned clients, including their roles, responsibilities, and internal decision-makers, while embracing the Axalta ethos.
  • Collaborate with a wider network of internal Axalta partners to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and fulfillment of commitments.
  • Provide advanced commercial support to Account Managers and Sales Operational Leaders.
  • Oversee necessary SOX processes related to sales and revenue, ensuring proper recognition of sales revenues and managing price list validations.
  • Handle price-related tasks, including the creation of price change requests and maintaining internal customer price lists.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong business insight, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ideally, fluency in English, German, and preferably one additional language such as French or Spanish.
