We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at DuPont, a premier multi-industrial company delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value.

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in empowering our organization with essential innovations to thrive. Your expertise in data analysis and strategy will help us make informed decisions, drive business growth, and improve our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of our HR data strategy, leveraging traditional data platforms and cloud-based solutions.
  • Design and implement algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and product teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experimentation.
  • Conduct analytical research studies and establish predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, growth, performance, team effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • High proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning (regression, classification, forecasting) and ML workflows (cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, hold-out testing).
  • Desirable: experience with GIT and proficiency in data visualization tools.
