DuPont is a premier multi-industrial company delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value. We are seeking a talented HR Analytics Data Developer to join our team and contribute to our continued success and growth.

As an HR Analytics Data Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR data strategy, developing algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. You will interact with business leaders and product teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the HR data strategy across traditional data platforms and cloud platforms
  • Developing algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets
  • Interacting with business leaders and product teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
  • Conducting analytical research studies and establishing predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, growth, performance, team effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness

Qualifications include:

  • High proficiency in Python or R and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with ML (regression, classification, forecasting) and ML workflows (cross validation, hyper parameter tuning, hold out testing)
  • Desirable experience with GIT
