Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to join our team at IFF N&B Iberica, S.L. in Asturias. As a Finnish speaking HR Analyst, you will be responsible for managing HR administration services to employees, ensuring HR and payroll systems are up to date, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR administration services to employees, guided by established service standards.
  • Ensure HR and payroll systems are always up to date.
  • Answer inbound queries and resolve cases from employees on any HR related matter.
  • Maintain extended local HR activities.
  • Improve current staffing, employee services, and termination related processes to align with the new working model and HR platform, Workday.
  • Maintain payroll administration as required by company, audit, and country regulations.
  • Handle absence and reimbursement management.
  • Process ad-hoc and year-end activities as required, related to local, payroll and reporting statistics.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Drive and facilitate interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions).
  • Regularly review processes and procedures in place to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
  • Excellent or Intermediate English language skills, both verbal and written; Finnish is a must and other Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed in handling confidential HR information.
  • Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel. Workday knowledge is highly valuable.
  • Capability to work under pressure.
  • Must be detail-oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry with high volume of enquiries.
  • Experience in an HR department, especially in benefits and recruiting/staffing activities, is desired.
  • Relevant experience with HR systems and understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred.
