Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain In-Depth Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned tasks, including key administrative duties, research, data analysis, and accounting functions. Filter out important market and customer information and distribute it within the organization using our CRM system.
- Interact with Internal Partners: Interact with a broader network of internal Axalta Partners to ensure that customers' requirements are understood and commitments are met.
- Drive Digital Adoption: Drive the adoption of digital solutions at our customers and support/report in case of issues.
- Manage Inquiry Process: Responsible for the inquiry process, including offer management, price calculations, and management.
- Perform Customer and Price Master Data Maintenance: Perform standard Customer and Price Master Data Maintenance activities following defined procedures and guidelines in SAP as well as in our CRM system.
- Understand Cash Collection Process: Have an understanding of the cash collection process, including credit hold next steps/actions. On request, resolve open credit issues with customers and issue invoice adjustments and other debits/credits.
- Set Up and Handle Reconciliations: Set up, handle, and reconcile rebates and commissions.
- Perform Quality Control Checks: Perform quality control checks and take subsequent corrective actions.
- Follow Desk Procedures: Follow desk procedures/policies in compliance with SOX, ISO, and other requirements. Execute where defined controls or maintain documents needed for evidence.
- Support Sales Team: Perform active follow-up on sales versus forecast. Interact with the customer to get a better understanding of variations.
- Provide Detailed Input/Reports: Support Sales by providing detailed input/reports on sales volumes by account.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 Years of Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Sales Support or Customer Service role.
- Superior Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience Working in an International Environment: Experience working in an international environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Focused, Organized, Results-Oriented, Decision Maker, and Self-Motivated Individual: Focused, organized, results-oriented, decision maker, and self-motivated individual.
- Language Skills: Fluent English/Spanish & Portuguese or French languages are valuable.
