Customer Service Representative - Invoicing and Billing Specialist

Axalta is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - Invoicing and Billing Specialist to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including invoice creation and accounts receivable information in SAP
  • Interact with OEMs and distributors to resolve issues and notify of incidents
  • Support customer creation process, including SAP settings linked to price commissions
  • Perform changes related to customer master data requested by the Sales team or reported by the customer
  • Monitor orders delivered to end-users to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Process invoice corrections, price adjustments, and credit returns
  • Understand cash collection process and resolve open credit issues with customers
  • Act as primary customer interface for important external customers and distributors
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.com CRM system
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
