About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature, with a focus on the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and prospect for new clients in the French market
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Present our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from demo to contract
  • Forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline
  • Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events
  • Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
  • Work collaboratively with SDRs and the entire Sales Team
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of French and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • A \'no excuses\' attitude: your success depends on you and no one else
  • Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience
