Ambitious Sales Executive Wanted for Growth and Success

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature, with a focus on the French market.
Key Responsibilities- Research and prospect for new clients in the French market
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
- Present our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from demo to contract
- Forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events
- Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work collaboratively with SDRs and the entire Sales Team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of French and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
- A \'no excuses\' attitude: your success depends on you and no one else
- Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
