Role Overview
Malt, a leading European freelancing platform, seeks a skilled Project Partner to bridge the gap between clients and freelancers. As a trusted partner, you will identify top freelancers to meet clients' needs, advising on briefings and conducting qualification interviews to select the best candidates.
As a specialist in the Malt algorithm and best practices, you will correct and train the algorithm to find and contact the best freelancers, while advising freelancers on building a powerful profile and interviewing practices.
About You
You must be fluent in Spanish and English, hold a degree, and have previous sales/recruitment experience, preferably in IT. Strong strategic vision, reliability, and a structured approach are essential.
Process
Our hiring process includes a first call with a senior team member, followed by an interview with your future manager, a home assignment, and a final interview with the Director to discuss Malt's long-term vision.
