Global Orthodontic Partnership Development Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
About the Role: As a Global Orthodontic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with dental support organizations (DSOs). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute plans to foster strong relationships with DSOs, identifying opportunities for mutual benefit and delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSO stakeholders, including directors and senior managers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports on partnership performance and progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in the dental industry
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or partnership development
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent level of English and Spanish languages
