Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales success in the Spanish industrial sector. You will work closely with our Industry Segment Management and Iberian Sales Teams to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector, with a focus on Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and High Tech customers.
  • Develop a strong business network with end-users, designers, and contractors, as well as relevant business associations and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our Group Industry Segment Team and Area Sales Managers in Spain and Portugal to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from our portfolio, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.
  • Establish a key contractor network to provide installation and service guidance to end-users.
  • Conduct market research and report market trends and requirements to our segment management and R&D teams.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness among relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience in the Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive sales approach with strong networking skills and ability to develop long-term business relationships.
  • Structured working approach with ability to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Spain.
