About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and driving business development in the Industrial Sector, with a primary market focus on Life Science / Pharmaceuticals (Cleanroom) and High Tech (ESD) customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Industrial Sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, designers/contractors, and relevant business associations and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and Area Sales Managers in Spain and Portugal.
  4. Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.
  5. Establish a key contractor network to provide installation and service guidance to end-users.
  6. Conduct market research activities and report market trends/requirements to the segment management and R&D.
  7. Represent Gerflor at exhibitions and events to improve brand awareness among relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience within Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry.
  2. Proven experience in business development and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  3. Proactive sales approach with strong networking skills and ability to develop long-term oriented business relations.
  4. Structured working approach with ability to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with business fluency in Spanish and English.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively in Spain.
