Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager Industry Spain

GERFLOR, a leading manufacturer of resilient flooring solutions, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales success in the Spanish industrial sector, focusing on Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and High Tech customers.

Your Role:

  • Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector, with a primary market focus on Life Science/Pharmaceuticals and High Tech customers.
  • Develop a solid business network with end-users and designers/contractors, as well as relevant business associations and stakeholders.
  • Cooperate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and our Area Sales Managers in Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.
  • Manage market research activities and report market trends/requirements to the segment management and R&D.
  • Attend exhibitions and improve brand awareness among relevant stakeholders in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience within Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive sales approach (hunter) with good networking skills and ability to develop long-term oriented business relations.
  • Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business fluent in Spanish and English, both mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Spain.
