Key Account Manager - Spain

Westfalia Fruit is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our commercial retail accounts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, monitoring performance and trends to adapt strategies for success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer relationships
  • Manage key retail accounts and develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships with a focus on fresh produce
  • Ensure alignment with broader company objectives by driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Introduce new product lines and categories to expand Westfalia's presence in the Spanish retail market
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of the fresh produce industry, ideally fruit
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong retail partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish retail landscape and key trends in fresh produce
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional European languages advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies
