- Job Summary
- Gerflor, a leading global company in the resilient flooring industry, seeks an experienced Key Account Manager Industry Spain to drive sales and business development in the Spanish industrial sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the industrial sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector
- Develop a solid business network with end-users and designers/contractors
- Cooperate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and Area Sales Managers
- Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio
- Manage market research activities and report market trends/requirements
- Attend to exhibitions and improve brand awareness among stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience in the Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry
- Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive sales approach, good networking skills, and ability to develop long-term oriented business relations
- Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business fluent in Spanish and English
