  • Job Summary
  • Gerflor, a leading global company in the resilient flooring industry, seeks an experienced Key Account Manager Industry Spain to drive sales and business development in the Spanish industrial sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the industrial sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector
  • Develop a solid business network with end-users and designers/contractors
  • Cooperate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and Area Sales Managers
  • Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio
  • Manage market research activities and report market trends/requirements
  • Attend to exhibitions and improve brand awareness among stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience in the Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry
  • Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive sales approach, good networking skills, and ability to develop long-term oriented business relations
  • Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business fluent in Spanish and English
