Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, and developing a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Spanish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
  • Creative development of account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Effective negotiation and consultative selling techniques to drive prospects through the sales process.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
Your Profile:

We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales and digital innovation. Previous sales experience is highly evaluated, and you should have a good understanding of presentation skills, social selling proficiency, and forecasting and pipeline management experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience dealing with customers.
  • Highly evaluated previous sales experience.
  • Proficient level of Spanish and professional English.
  • Understanding of typical sales tools, such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in SaaS-based companies or digital-transformation environments.
  • Implementation of efficient qualification methodologies.

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
