Sales Development Representative

MotorK is a leading SaaS company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. We empower manufacturers and dealerships with innovative, cloud-based products and services. Our mission is to shape the future of mobility and become the most trusted technology partner for mobility distribution.

We're on a fast and ambitious trajectory, serving 90% of automotive manufacturers. To continue our growth, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our busy Sales team in Spain.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified opportunities for the sales team, using omnichannel outbound prospecting and treating inbound leads. They'll book meetings with prospects, plan demos, and convert leads into qualified opportunities using our sales method.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in the automotive or tech industry. They should be native in Spanish, fluent in English, and have a well-organized, hands-on approach. They'll work under pressure, be a team player, and have outstanding communication skills.

Work pattern and location

Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, hybrid work arrangement, based in Madrid.
