Job Summary

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Microsoft, you will have the opportunity to drive transformation in partnership with one of our strategic customers in Energy & Manufacturing, with a focus on AI, Copilot, and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer's business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
  • Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience working in an industry (E&M) and/or driving/delivering digital transformation.
  • Strong experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives in E&M industry.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish as you will be assigned to the Spanish Customer Market.
