About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Motorola Iberia team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Iberia B2B smartphone market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth in the Iberia B2B smartphone market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including resellers and end-user accounts, to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating new leads and closing deals.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Iberia B2B smartphone market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology hardware industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process.
  • Strong influencer and confident presenter.
  • Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations.
  • Good analytical approach, to be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research.
  • Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
