About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Iberia team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities by working closely with Lenovo teams, reseller partners, and end-user accounts.
  • Partner with identified accounts to anticipate and meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop and maintain a business development pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline progress, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Own and manage forecast and reporting within our CRM tool, ensuring accurate revenue, margin, and growth tracking.
  • Control costs and maintain margins in line with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and implement advanced solution-selling concepts to drive device sales and support.
  • Formulate plans to continuously upgrade the skills of our Lenovo sales force in the sector.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology hardware industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process.
  • Strong influencer and confident presenter.
  • Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations.
  • Good analytical approach, with the ability to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research.
  • Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
