B2B Sales Representative, Motorola Iberia

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse with a bold vision to deliver smarter technology for all. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Motorola Iberia team.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities with our key partners. You will be responsible for generating new business, partnering with accounts, and anticipating future customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business working closely with all the Lenovo teams, reseller partners, and end-user accounts.
- Partner with all identified accounts and anticipate future customer needs.
- Responsible for business development pipeline.
- Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
- Own and be in charge of forecast and reporting within the CRM tool; also be in charge of revenue, margins, and growth.
- Control costs, protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives.
- Run device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts.
- Formulate concrete plans, making sure that the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector are continuously upgraded.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience preferably in the technology hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process.
- Strong influencer and confident presenter.
- Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations.
- Good analytical approach - to be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research.
- Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
