B2B Sales Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Iberia team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Iberia B2B smartphone market.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities by working closely with Lenovo teams, reseller partners, and end-user accounts.
- Partner with identified accounts to anticipate and meet their future needs.
- Develop and maintain a professional communication pipeline with management, highlighting key business opportunities and customer needs.
- Own and manage forecast and reporting within our CRM tool, ensuring accurate revenue, margin, and growth tracking.
- Control costs and protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives.
- Run device sales and support resources to develop advanced solution-selling concepts.
- Formulate concrete plans to continuously upgrade the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector.
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process.
- Strong influencer and confident presenter.
- Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations.
- Good analytical approach, with the ability to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research.
- Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
