About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to join our team in Sandoz Iberia. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will analyze market assumptions and system proposals to deliver accurate sales forecasts, manage finished goods demand, and optimize inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop statistical forecasts for products under your responsibility, combining AI tools with statistical analysis and business insights.
- Consolidate and challenge demand signals, participating in Forecast Review meetings as part of the SBP process.
- Scenario planning for opportunities and risks, translating sales forecasts into delivery schedules.
- Create a valid Master Schedule Plan, defining purchase programs and communicating open orders and net requirements.
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring no stockouts or overstocking.
- Participate in product transfer committees, developing actions to fulfill product transfer plans with minimal stockouts.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Demand Planner in a Pharma environment.Strong analytical skills, influencing abilities, and stakeholder management.Fluent English and Spanish language skills.Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.Experience working with SAP APO and BW, with knowledge of Qlik and Alteryx highly desirable.What We Offer
