A Crm Strategy Manager role has become available at Aristocrat Technologies within the digital games division of Pixel United. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help drive user engagement and monetization.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies for events, focusing on both engagement and monetization, while providing strong communication support. You will work closely with various stakeholders to execute CRM strategies, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

As a Crm Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery cycle of campaigns/features from ideation to launch post-support. You will monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data to optimize and improve future campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience formulating and managing in-game events in a relevant industry, preferably F2P and Social Casino games. They should be able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, Spain, with a salary range estimated to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
