We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative CRM Manager Lead who will lead our CRM and marketing automation efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, business-oriented, and meticulous in their approach.

Key responsibilities include owning all aspects of the CRM, serving as a systems administrator, participating in agile development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our CRM meets customer needs and drives business value.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a startup or fintech environment, and possess a strong understanding of customer journey and processes. They should also have direct experience with email, CRM, loyalty, referral, SMS, or lifecycle marketing, and be proficient in MS Products.

This role requires an autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, has a creative mindset, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to overcome obstacles and maintain accurate integration of additional tools are essential.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
