Strategic Client Relations Manager

Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services, is seeking a skilled Strategic Client Relations Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the client base in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Develop lasting relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs in conjunction with the Industry Product Lead.
- Maintain strong connections with SF Account Executives and stay updated on SF updates.
- Continuously identify new ways for existing clients to derive value from the product/service.
- Lead negotiations, prepare, and present commercial offers in assigned accounts.
- Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales, including collaboration with other teams.
- Share sales objectives, customer digital transformation roadmaps, and strategies with Product Managers of assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers throughout projects, attending progress demos, participating in management committees, and resolving customer-related impediments.
- Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts.
- Monitor project progress in assigned accounts, focusing on budget and timeline deviations.
- Manage billing processes for assigned accounts.
- Identify potential Up & Cross Selling opportunities for the account.
- Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers after project completion to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Lead project retrospectives with clients to review experiences, evaluate goal attainment, and explore potential improvements.
About the Role:
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year (estimated salary).
