About the Role
Fever España is seeking an experienced Growth Strategy Manager for the Spanish Entertainment Market, based in Madrid, to develop and deliver a growth strategy for the Portuguese market. Key responsibilities include:
  • Expertly managing commercial strategies with large partners to create value for both parties and foster sustainable strategic partnerships.
  • Building deep business relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry, including producers, creators, venues, and event organisers.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner growth across Portugal and internationally.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and experiences in the entertainment sector, showcasing expertise as a go-to person for new and trending events.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, preferably in the entertainment or related industries.
  • Strong business development and partnership management skills, with a data-driven approach to business and task prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, along with attention to detail and comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM software.
