Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with their concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Be the first point of contact and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Danish speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
- Fluent English speaker with a minimum B2 level
- Previous experience in customer service or support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
