Wij zoeken een Helpdesk Medewerker die zich kan vinden in een informele en missiegedreven organisatie met duurzaamheid als kernwaarde. Als Helpdesk Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij onze klant. Je werkt samen met drie collega's binnen de IT operations-afdeling, waar teamspirit belangrijk is en waar samenwerking, gezelligheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oplossen van eerstelijns IT-vraagstukken over support en operations.
- Inrichten van werkstations met InTune.
- Beheren van toegang en autorisaties voor gebruikers.
- Meedenken en uitvoeren van upgrades en migraties.
Profiel
- Minimaal een MBO 3 of 4 diploma.
- Tussen de 1 en 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- ITIL-certificaat is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met InTune en autorisatiebeheer (zoals (Azure) Active Directory en Office 365) is een pré.
