About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk or ServiceDesk professional with advanced English language skills (B2-C1 level) to join our client's team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English language skills (B2-C1 level).
- Strong technical skills, including microinformatics, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Office, or related fields are a plus.
