Sales Team Leader for Retail Development

In a fast-paced retail environment, our Sales Team Leaders are instrumental in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. As a key member of our Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through effective selling strategies and the implementation of agreed standards.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a team of field sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for their assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of defined targets, including store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, and Perfect Store implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector
• Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills
• Clear understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
• Ability to build and develop talent
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales tools
