Job Summary: Mirakl, a global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our EMEA business by selling our innovative retail media solution, Mirakl Ads.

Mirakl Ads:

In November 2022, we launched Mirakl Ads, a retail media solution that enables businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first-party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers.

Mirakl Ads is a unique collection of tools that sets it apart from other platforms. By leveraging our knowledge in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we have developed a purpose-built Retail Media solution that maximizes sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will play a key part in growing our EMEA business, focusing on selling the Mirakl Ads solution. This position is perfect for those with significant sales or closing experience, particularly in the retail media sector. We seek a self-driven individual who can rapidly develop a pipeline and effectively handle both existing and new client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives set by Management.
  2. Pursue Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within your assigned geographic area.
  3. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
  4. Gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships.
  5. Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector.
  6. Lead in understanding Retail Media's benefits, unique selling points, and challenges.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  8. Establish and nurture relationships within prospect organizations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.
  9. Drive revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach.
  10. Maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM.
  11. Take responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry.
  • Some experience managing a sales team successfully
  • Essential experience in Retail Media.
  • A BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms.
  • In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in business sales situations requiring demonstration of ROI.
  • Proven work ethic with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with a sales quota.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in English.
