Senior Account Executive

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our EMEA business.
The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry, and some experience managing a sales team successfully.
Essential experience in Retail Media is required, as well as a BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. The candidate should have a proven ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms, and in-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.
The Senior Account Executive will play a key part in growing our EMEA business, with a focus on selling the Mirakl Ads solution. This position is perfect for those with significant sales or closing experience, particularly in the retail media sector.
The role involves developing a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives set by Management, pursuing Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within the assigned geographic area, and overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who can rapidly develop a pipeline and effectively handle both existing and new client relationships. If you are prepared to make a substantial impact on our team's success, we highly encourage your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives set by Management.
- Pursue Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within the assigned geographic area.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
- Gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships.
- Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector.
- Lead in understanding Retail Media's benefits, unique selling points, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Establish and nurture relationships within prospect organisations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach.
- Maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM.
- Take responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline.
