Your Role

The IS Service Manager will lead the implementation of ITIL processes across the Group, ensuring that business expectations are met and value is demonstrated. This role will drive the transformation of customer service in the corporate IT department and lead the implementation of a new ITSM tool.

Main Functions:
  • Lead and drive the transformation of customer service in the corporate IT department
  • Implement a new ITSM tool to support business growth
  • Apply consistent methodologies for service management to ensure reliable service delivery across the Group
Guiding Principles:
  • Eliminate, simplify, standardize, and automate processes
  • Document IT processes, policies, and procedures for the Group
Customer Proximity:
  • Develop close relationships with main customers, including business key users and country customer managers
  • Understand business expectations and demonstrate the value of IT
Operational Excellence:
  • Prepare and analyze activity reports, including volumetry, SLA compliance, and KPIs
Innovation:
  • Search for and apply the latest technologies for service management in the Group
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT service management in an international environment
  • Desirable experience in IT consulting, particularly in international projects
  • University degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field
