Service Management Leader

Logista is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Leader to drive the transformation of our Customer Service in the corporate IT department. As an ITIL Process Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ITIL processes across the Group to meet business expectations and demonstrate value of IT.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the transformation of the Customer Service in the corporate IT department
- Implement new ITSM tool to ensure reliable service delivery across the Group
- Develop close proximity to main customers to understand business expectations and demonstrate value of IT
- Prepare and analyze activity reports (Volumetry, SLA compliance, KPIs)
- Search for and apply latest technologies for service management in the Group
Requirements:
- At least 10 years in IT Service Management in an international environment
- Desirable Experience in IT Consulting (international projects)
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable
- English level B2 / C1
