About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Leader to join our team at Logista. As a key member of our corporate IT department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ITIL processes across the Group to meet business expectations and demonstrate value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the transformation of the Customer Service in the corporate IT department
  • Implement new ITSM tools to support business growth and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain consistent methodologies for service management to ensure reliable service delivery across the Group
  • Guide the development of close proximity to main customers, including business key users and country Customer Managers
  • Prepare and analyze activity reports to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Search for and apply latest technologies for service management in the Group, such as Bot, self-service with voice support, AI, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT Service Management in an international environment
  • Desirable experience in IT Consulting (international projects)
  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable
  • English level B2/C1
