The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our customer service and administration strategy effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Customer Service teams to achieve operational excellence and meet KPI targets.
- Develop and implement competence development plans for team members.
- Monitor and lead team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Use customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Manage team operations within budget and ensure processes are followed according to defined global processes.
- Ensure customer complaints are promptly replied to and followed up.
Professional Requirements:
- Native speaker of Spanish, with good level of English and Italian/Portuguese language skills.
- IT knowledge and prior working experience in Customer Service or Administration and team leading.
- Customer management skills and higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences.
