About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with senior-level executives and other stakeholders to understand their business priorities and develop tailored solutions to drive value and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business functions and companies
- Develop and implement client success plans to drive high-value outcomes and client retention
- Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to leverage expertise and capabilities to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Gartner services to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a business development or account management capacity
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
