We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team at Games Workshop. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, ensuring they have the right product range in stock, and advising them on how to maximize sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be able to speak German and English, as well as one additional language to a fluent business level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners
  • Ensuring trade partners have the right product range in stock
  • Advising trade partners on how to maximize sales opportunities
  • Performing stock checks and ensuring trade partners reorder stock as needed
  • Informing trade partners of new product ranges and identifying opportunities to close sales

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in German and English, as well as one additional language to a fluent business level
