Global Business Development Director

Job Summary
Pharmiweb seeks a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to drive the sale of Real-World Data (RWD) solutions within the European territories. This role will be responsible for identifying and shaping opportunities for growth, developing account plans, and building strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve account portfolio financial and relationship building goals
- Grow market share of existing service lines and optimize new service line launch
- Identify and target executive decision makers and build relationships across the enterprise
- Liaise with Scientific Leadership and Marketing to develop account strategies and deepen Pharmiweb's scientific perception
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and strategies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of client-facing experience selling services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies
- RWD/RWE and outcomes research knowledge and sales experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing RWD, clinical trials, and research concepts with Biopharma customers and physician stakeholders
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Executive presence with successful presentation and communication capabilities
