About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid and help us develop and grow our network of dealerships. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline, working on sales opportunities, and attracting new dealerships to our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a sales pipeline and working on sales opportunities
- Attracting new dealerships and supporting them during their onboarding process
- Regular performance reviews of our dealership partners
- Collaboration in the development of commercial strategy projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Between 2-6 years of proven experience in sales
- Native Spanish language skills and fluency in English
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
Benefits
As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
