Job Title: Petrol Franchise Sales Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team as a Petrol Franchise Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our franchised gas station channel and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new opportunities with top gas station groups and negotiate agreements to expand our distribution network.
* Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy and optimize results.
* Collaborate with wholesalers and gas station area managers to ensure seamless execution of our plans and achieve distribution targets.
* Develop and implement promotion and consumer activation plans to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of commercial experience in account management, preferably in field sales and agreement management.
* Strong understanding of markets, sales, distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the FMCG context.
* Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is preferred.
* Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
