Job Title: EMEA Product Manager for Electrophysiology Franchise
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum
This role is responsible for supporting the EMEA Marketing organization in achieving business growth through focused market analysis and development of tactical marketing plans in coordination with sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will be managing key strategic products franchises, including POLARx Cryo Ablation system and RF products franchise, to protect and grow Boston Scientific's position in the EP Market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Assist in developing post-market strategies, identify clinical/market trends, suggest new product/marketing opportunities, create and manage physician training programs, and develop operational product launch strategies.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders, support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management, and develop relationships with key functional areas.
- Planning and Analysis: Develop competitive strategy and product analysis, assist in providing market potential/analysis in developing market planning documents, understand how product profit/loss is impacted by consignment plans and national contracts, track financial performance of product, and develop action plan to achieve revenue objectives.
- Product/Market Management: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing product training, facilitating Physician to Physician training and selling, and developing downstream sales tools to support sales execution.
- Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare studies.
- 3+ years' work experience in a Product Manager function or equivalent position.
- Experience working within medical device and/or pharmaceutical sector required, additional experience within the Electrophysiology (EP) franchise is an advantage.
- Strong commercial background and proven track record of successful marketing planning and execution resulting in plan achievement.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Location: One of the following cities: Dusseldorf (Germany), Voisins-le-Bretonneux (France), Hemel Hempstead (UK), Milan (Italy) or Madrid (Spain).
