The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Product Specialist to join our Electrophysiology team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support and guidance on the use of our electrophysiology portfolio within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical consultation, teaching, and support on the use of our electrophysiology products and their appropriate application during electrophysiological procedures in hospitals (catheter laboratories).
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the country's healthcare market.
  • Resolve common customer problems and respond to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action.
  • Provide technical support to our EP salesforce; proactively communicate information and discuss product placement and complex case support with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Ideally, experience in electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or an equivalent role within the industry.
  • Familiarity with catheter lab and operating room procedures and protocols, as well as strong cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and questioning techniques.
  • Able to work autonomously, adapting your schedule to procedure durations, and coping with irregular/uneven workdays. A valid driving license (at least 1 year) is required.
  • Mandatory location: Cataluña.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) is mandatory.
