Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced High-Net-Worth Sales Representative to join our team in Mallorca. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying business opportunities through research and market analysis. As a remote opportunity, you will work closely with our team to maintain and grow existing relationships, attend client meetings, and create sales reports and forecasts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sourcing and acquiring new high-net-worth clients
  • Generating new leads through proactive sales methods
  • Maintaining and growing existing relationships with account executives
  • Attending client meetings to build relationships with new customers
  • Creating sales reports and forecasts

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, be highly driven, and possess previous demonstrable experience in direct sales or business development. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as experience within luxury sales or selling to high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce is desired.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, excellent growth opportunities, and a generous commission structure.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Business Development, direct sales, prospecting, and luxury sales
  • Strong understanding of assigned territory/market
  • Highly self-driven and target-motivated
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desired
