Nivoda is a rapidly expanding B2B marketplace based in London, with a presence in Mumbai, New York, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Antwerp, and Amsterdam. We start with the customer and seek to understand their needs. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do
1. Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. Engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help create value for them.
2. Create a Memorable First Impression: Be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
3. Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda's offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
4. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. Be an integral part of the sales team's success.

The Ideal Candidate Must Be
Fluent in Russian and proficient in English. Please note that all interviews throughout the recruitment process will be conducted in English.

Estimated Salary
Ranging between $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This estimate is based on industry standards and location.
