We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients across Poland.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide response and resolution within SLA
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
- Follow all processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence
- Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects where requested
- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness, and overtime
- Attend regular Team Meetings
Requirements
- You are a native-level speaker in Polish
- You are fluent in English
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution
Benefits
- Salary: €18,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year Bonus

- Rotative Shift: 39 hours/week from Monday - Friday 09:00 - 20:00
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)
