Job Description:

The Senior Business Development Lead will be responsible for creating long-term relationships with our customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers. This role involves developing new business from existing clients, actively seeking new sales opportunities, and implementing effective Sales Action Plans for all Key Accounts and regional customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed individual Sales and Profit Budget while strictly controlling costs related to orders.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
  • Provide professional presentations to customers and initiate product development based on customer briefs.
  • Analyse management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
  • Submit requested reports in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the promotional goods industry.
  • Strong team attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • A pro-active approach to managing projects.
