Globibo, a leading Conference Technology Company and International Language Service & Training Provider, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Strategist to join our team. Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to assist in the development of Globibo's market presence from the ground up by driving new businesses and building a pool of clientele.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead management (30%): Identify new leads and potential new markets through research and outreach efforts.
  • Opportunity management & conversion (30%): Meet with potential clients to present proposals and negotiate effectively.
  • Service & delivery (30%): Plan event resources and coordinate preparation, ensuring smooth execution of events.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English to communicate with global clients.
  • Ability to identify and address specific customer needs.
